Kester Audu has a Bachelor in Industrial Chemistry and an MSc in Environment and Resource Management. He is a Business Advisory Consultant with over ten years of experience in Business & Human Capital development, project management & sustainability. He is currently engaged with GIZ-Nigeria as an Employment & Reintegration Advisor. As a returning expert from Germany, he is passionate and committed to Innovation, Corporate Transformation, Entrepreneurship & Sustainable Business Models in Africa.
Jakob Frank is the Co-Founder and Head of Business Development for WaveBay Capital. He has a bachelor’s degree in African Development Economics and is currently doing his MSc in Rural Development with a focus on agriculture. Jakob Frank has five years experience in investing in rural agriculture in Ghana and Nigeria.
Dr. Lutz Laschewski
(Co-founder and Head of Board of Directors)
Lutz Laschewski is a rural sociologist and economist with a PhD in rural social resources. He has experience in quantitative and qualitative social research in areas such as agricultural restructuring and rural development, sustainable agriculture and nature protection, and production and consumption of organic and local food. Also, Dr Laschweski has worked on several collaborative national and European research projects, university teaching and applied rural development projects.
